Terms of service

Agreement

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Houston Boston Partnership, LLC, doing business as Auto Hospitality Group. By using the Auto Hospitality app, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old and able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting access to your phone and account, and notifying us of suspected unauthorized use. Do not attempt to access another person’s vehicle or service information.

App services

The app may let you view vehicle and service information, follow repair status, save offers, participate in rewards, manage communication preferences, and send appointment requests. Features may vary by shop and may change over time.

An appointment request is not a confirmed appointment until the participating shop accepts it. Estimates, recommendations, repair status, availability, and shop records are provided by the participating shop and its systems. Contact the shop directly when timing or safety is urgent.

Offers and rewards

Coupons, points, and reward codes have no cash value, may be limited by shop, vehicle, service, date, or availability, and may not be combined unless stated otherwise. A shop may correct duplicate, mistaken, fraudulent, or reversed rewards activity. Additional terms shown with an offer or reward also apply.

Communications

We may send service or account messages you request or that are needed to operate the app. Optional marketing communications require the applicable consent. Carrier message and data rates may apply. You can manage supported preferences in the app or use the opt-out method provided with a message.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use the app unlawfully, fraudulently, or to harm another person.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, or security controls.
• Probe, reverse engineer, disrupt, scrape, or overload the app or its providers.
• Upload malicious material or impersonate another person or organization.
• Use app content or data for resale, surveillance, or unauthorized commercial use.

Third-party services

The app relies on participating shops and third-party platforms. Their services may be governed by separate terms and may become unavailable. We are not responsible for a third party’s independent acts, services, or records.

Ownership

The app, branding, software, and original content are owned by Houston Boston Partnership, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended customer purpose.

Disclaimers

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free data, or that a shop will accept a request. The app is not a substitute for direct professional inspection or emergency assistance. Do not drive a vehicle you believe is unsafe.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Houston Boston Partnership, LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the app. Our total liability for a claim relating to the app will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us specifically for use of the app during the preceding twelve months. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so applicable rights may vary.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the app or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, shops, providers, or the app; to investigate misuse; or to comply with law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that is not subject to a different legally required forum will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Harris County, Texas. We may update these terms by posting a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
