Email michael@autohospitality.com and include the participating shop, the last four digits of the phone number used for sign-in, and a short description of what happened. We may ask for additional details through a secure verification step if needed. Do not email passwords, login codes, payment details, or sensitive repair information.
Appointment and vehicle questions
Appointment requests are not confirmed until the shop accepts them. For urgent scheduling, repair-status, or vehicle-safety questions, call the participating shop directly using the phone number shown in the app.
Delete your account
Open Account in the app and choose Delete account. This removes ordinary app-side account data and signs you out. It does not delete repair, invoice, vehicle, or appointment records maintained by a participating shop. See our Privacy Policy for details.
